Shipping Policy

It may take up to two to three business days for your order to be processed in-house before it ships. We ship orders out on business days only.

 

*Please note: Once the order ships, the shipping fees are non-refundable.*

 

Dispatch

The first stage of our dispatch process is order fulfillment. When your order has been Fulfilled it indicates that we have printed your shipping label and packing slip and are processing the order.

After fulfillment, your order is Pending Pickup by the carrier. 

 

Tracking Orders 

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be created. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order. Creating an account, though not required, will facilitate the ability to track the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, let us know within 5 days of receiving your order.  We will issue a T's Herbal Bar credit for a different herbal blend. If 5 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit to exchange for a different blend.
