How many cups of T's Herbal Tea do I drink per day?

Accepted Answer

2-4 cups a day would be within reason. Having more or less than this depends on how your body absorbs and reacts to the blend.  It’s also important to mention here, that if you’re drinking our herbal tea for a specific health benefit, it’s important to drink at least 3 cups a day for at least 2 to 4 months to experience herbal healing.

How to infuse or brew T's Herbal Blends?

1.  Boil some fresh purified water in a tea pot. 
We recommend using Alkaline Water.

2.  Once the water is boiled, remove it from the heat source.  Use 1 tablespoon of our Herbal Blend per 1 cup of water.  We recommend steeping in a Cast Iron tea kettle that has an infuser.  You can also steep in a tea cup or mug using a tea bag or tea ball.

3. Allow T's Herbal Tea to steep in HOT (190-200 degrees Fahrenheit) water for 10-15 minutes.

4.  Remove the infuser, tea bag or tea ball and pour into your tea cup or mug.
 
5.  Begin sipping T's Tea to enjoy your HEALING!

Do T's Herbal Blends contain caffeine?

No. None of our herbal blends consist of the actual tea plant which contains caffeine.  We use herbs from other plants sources and not the tea plant.

Many of our herbal blends contain natural stevia leaves as a sweetener.

Can you drink T's Herbal Tea as cold iced tea?

Yes! We encourage drinking T's herbal Tea chilled .  The flavors in T's herbal Blends creates a different experience when drinking as cold tea.  If you are drinking our Herbal Tea to receive the healing properties, we recommend drinking T's Herbal Tea while it's warm.

Technicall, herbs do not expire since they are already dried out.  T's Tea Herbal Blends will never go bad.  Our Herbal Blends will stay its freshest up to a year if kept in a cool and dry place.
